Day in Sepon Blue Hotel
After reading through a few reviews online, we weren't sure quite what to think but found everything to be better than expected. My husband has an allergy issue, so first thing when staying anywhere he checks the floor condition under the bed. Their was a bit of dust build-up but this was promptly removed after speaking with the hotel supervisor (Mun) downstairs. We ended up extending our stay a further 3 nights to make it a total of 5. Not all of the staff speak English well, but Mun was great. She's Vietnamese so had no issue communicating with me, and for my husband's concerns she was able to explain everything in perfect English.

Strategic location, great city view & clean room, All staff are friendly & helpful. Thank you to all front office staff during my stay there: Phu tan, Mun, Diem Ha, & one more lady that I forgot her name. All staff were young, helpful & professional. The room price is very valuable for your money. If you are vegetarian like me, there are many vegetarian restaurants near the hotel that you can reach in Google maps within 3-10 minutes.

It was nice to have a rooftop pool, because at the beach they don't allow you to go swimming at certain weather conditions (little bit of rain, a little windy). The hoteel rooftop area closes at 7 p.m., but that is the time when you can go swimming at the beach again. The annoying safeguards leave at 6 p.m. there. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes. So all in all you always have an opportunity to go swimming.

I have never had better support anywhere than this hotel. I will recommend it to my friends. The staff let me check in earlier than the hotel's regulations so I could rest after a long flight. I know that this season there are not many guests renting rooms. Most of the hotel space is very quiet and makes me feel comfortable. My upgraded room had a city view that looked beautiful in the evening.
